Don’t feel overwhelmed by guilt and regret

Learn from others peoples mistake. Nobody likes to admit them, but when it happens, you have to learn from mistakes correctly and realize that they are an essential part of personal improvement. You should not feel overwhelmed by guilt and regret but analyze them and draw lessons from them. Sure, you can be too self-critical, especially when you realize that your behavior could have been better than it has been. However, what is really important is to learn and realize what you can improve.

From everything we experience, it is wise to learn, to have the disposition to move forward and to take advantage of what we have experienced, to point out always easier, to judge and blame others is a practice of many, but far from progressing through this attitude, we only get stuck in our old habits, leaving aside the wonderful opportunity to observe, identify and correct, learn from our actions and have the ability to transform.

When we place all our evils in the external, we can hardly find the teachings that life brings us, we blind ourselves to our own mistakes and are unable to open ourselves to understanding, for their part when we are able to admit failures, we are accepting the opportunity to learn, to experiment and to see with full clarity where the fault was or simply what it is that we are not doing in the best way. In life we are exposed to make mistakes, to live disappointments, falls, failures and sorrows, in the same way, we learn, we experiment, we have successes and we achieve, each one makes a space in his life for what he enjoys most and for what he really it prints motives to keep moving forward.

It is always easier to see the faults of others, to point out others when something goes wrong or simply when the result is not what was expected , the responsibilities are always lighter when we can blame others, these actions that we feel can free us from the others and even before ourselves, only distance us from wisdom, because living in the denial of seeing the mistakes and our own shortcomings, will only make the task of progressing more difficult, because mistakes are always the best teachers.

In life we must have the capacity for everything, living pointing to others is a simple task, always having an external doer to justify some fault, it can become an easy task, but without realizing it, we are not harming the other exclusively, the worst harm we do to ourselves, because we create an illusory barrier between what it is and what we think it really is, this way of living catches you in a fallacy of life that you even get to act automatically in front of your mistakes and you will always find some culprit, who justifies your actions.

The most difficult thing about wisdom is not the ability to involve others and to transmit your supposed teachings, it is really to do the same with yourself, to have the good sense and the humility to know who you are, to know yourself and to correct your inclinations, this also includes the ability to face things, to face every obstacle and situation that crosses our path and that it would always be easier to endorse it to someone else.
