Maybe you think that is normal because work is not usually associated with happiness, but in reality, work should be a source of satisfaction, because we spend a third of our lives working. Are you doing what you really like to do?
So why do we stay in a job that we do not like?

If in the short term you do not see that changing your job or starting something new will be very feasible, it is important that you do not forget your goal to change in the medium term, but it is also important for your mental and physical health that you learn to enjoy it. To start winning you need to get involved, and for that, we recommend the following:
Stop complaining. If you analyze it coldly think the following: Has the complaint ever helped you solve something? Are not time and energy really lost? The only thing you achieve is to increase negativity and decrease positivity, which closes your mind to see new options. So better use that energy to make sense of what you do, that’s why… It is important that you look more closely at the good.
No matter how terrible your work, there must be some activity that you like or more important or for which you are good. Make a list of 5 to 10 things that you enjoy or if you are interested in developing in your work.
Commit yourself. This is easy to say, but it requires a single decision and perseverance to be really focused on what you do because you will be there anyway. Select one of those tasks from the list you did in the previous point, and commit yourself to that task. The idea is to develop flow states that allow you to enjoy more of your activity.
Encourage optimism. Do not think that you are there all life without remedy. If there is something that can rescue the person from their anxiety and depression, it is to look at how it looks in the future to increase your optimism.
Do not blame the company and others for your unhappiness. It’s important that you recognize that no one put a gun to you to be there. It was your decision to enter, and it will also change and generate more options.
