The awareness- Is it possible to change reality without knowing it? Both internal and external reality must be known for a transformation of being or of society. Both transformations are intrinsically related and there is an existential overlap between them. It can be said that if there is no individual awareness, it will be difficult to achieve real social awareness.
The process of “awareness” would be to make this information aware in order to influence it if we wish. One of the attributes of the great thinkers and philosophers who managed to describe reality as it is, was the awareness (which is the realization) of the internal and external reality.
And the opposite, the inability to realize (of dictators, dogmatists, intellectualoids, etc.) caused that the unreality was lived within and for this humanity was plunged into the darkness of ignorance. Today, the need to become aware of reality and to have a critical sense of it is essential, since, with each passing day, disinformation emerges as a ghost that devours the minds of many men and women who still live within unreality. And if they live in unreality, they will be more susceptible to being deceived. Awareness is not a capacity that is acquired from birth, but it is a skill that develops as it interacts with the internal and external spheres.
At first, this awareness leads the subject to have common sense purified, that is, a good “smell”. The person with developed common sense will be able to realize the external reality with greater ease. In everyday life emerge individuals with a high capacity of common sense who interpret reality quickly and react to it with behaviors appropriate to the situation.
In a second moment, the awareness involves emotional-mental elements, where from an experience; the individual realizes their internal reality or external reality. As the individual crosses the path of life, the experiential process allows him to realize what happens in the environment
In a third moment, the awareness involves intuitive elements, taking the intuition, from the observable, like the ability to capture reality as it is. The individual from a process of personal and spiritual growth has the ability to realize what really happens in their environment. However, in the diverse society in which we live, not everyone has the capacity to realize the reality and live immersed in unreality, and reinforce this fact as part of their life and believe that others must also be immersed in that fiction. So, in this context, if there is no awareness, the transformation of society is more difficult.
