Most people are struggling; they are living paycheck to paycheck. Despite what many people think, managing our finances correctly does not depend exclusively on our income. Many think that what they really need is to increase their income, but in practice when this income increases what ends up happening is that they end up spending and becoming more indebted.
We buy, what we do not need, with the money we do not have to impress those who do not care. In principle, this comment to some people makes them laugh, but for others, they are the symptoms of how we relate to money and the way we manage our personal finances.
Carrying a messy lifestyle in finances makes us lose peace, we cannot sleep, there is no salary that reaches to fulfill commitments, debts overwhelm us and creditors harass us, we have no capacity for savings, we work hard, but every day we see that there is no time to enjoy life and be able to give us a well-deserved vacation, among others. If these considerations have disturbed you and you want to change the style of life that leads to the administration of your personal finances, I present the following actions, which if you incorporate them into your daily life and commit to exercising them, you can have a life of abundance and fullness in a company of theirs:
* Make a budget of three major categories in which you spend your income: the first must ensure the income necessary to meet their basic needs, ie, the vital to living: housing, clothing, food. In the second, allocate a budget that covers their tastes-we give ourselves a taste when we want to improve the state of a need, that although it is true is satisfied, we want to improve it, like buying a car. In the third, have a budget of wishes that you would like to make, but that due to time or money limitations has not been possible, such as making a trip or having an asset that produces other income.
* Spend only 80 percent of your income on your needs or tastes, save 10 percent to meet unforeseen or occasional expenses, and the other 10 percent, use it for profitable investments.
* Become a channel of wealth to share with other generous acts, be it with your time, your talent or your treasures. Activate the power of generosity; giving produces much satisfaction and joy in the heart.
* Keep track of your expenses according to your monthly budget, to adjust them to what was planned, and identify those hidden expenses that you do not realize. If possible, save your bills or receipts so you can know who is keeping your money.
* Make a plan to get out of short and long-term debt, either through an agreement with your creditors or selling assets that give you liquidity so that income reaches you.
* Try to use cash or make provisions, to give you that pleasure or desire that you crave. Use credit cards in exceptional cases, either to pay a ticket (through the Internet are cheaper) or the hotel where you are going to host.
